We came to you in February with our Melody. We had been very dissatisfied with the vet in Roermond the first time, and our little one's condition was steadily worsening. The vet here gave us excellent advice, and we left feeling much better. However, when Melody's condition continued to deteriorate, we knew we had to have her put down the next morning. If we ever decide to get another dog, your practice will be our first choice. Thank you also for the sympathy card. 😔
My cat had been vomiting for about a day and a half. When I called the veterinary practice, I received a very friendly welcome and was able to come in a few hours later that same day. A simultaneous check-up for my other cat was also no problem at all. The vet was incredibly kind, empathetic, and very competent. Both my cats seemed very comfortable at the practice. An incredibly lovely team with excellent advice – we'll definitely be back!
We were there for the first time with our puppy. Our usual vet has sadly passed away. But from reception to the young veterinarian, everyone was very friendly and calm. They took wonderful care of our puppy.
