Now that my boxer Lisa's treatment was successfully completed today, I feel I've gathered enough impressions to write a review with a clear conscience. Throughout the entire period (August to December), I felt very well cared for here and had absolutely no negative experiences. Ms. Harre and the entire team at the practice are truly empathetic, sensitive, courteous, and above all, highly competent! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank them :) I think it goes without saying that such treatments can be more expensive, and this should really be considered as a fundamental decision before getting a pet. Therefore, I don't understand the occasional dissatisfaction in the reviews, especially since this is a specialist practice and not a general practitioner. All in all, a sincere recommendation from me!

Dr. Harre knows how to handle both animals and their owners. I felt well cared for from the very first minute, and my worries were completely alleviated. Our cat had eye surgery on September 1st, and I never would have thought he'd be back to his old self, but he is, and I'm overjoyed. Such a lovely and kind assistant and a fantastic, highly competent doctor. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! 👍🏻

We had a 45-minute drive. Not far, but in hindsight, I would have gladly made the trip even longer. I immediately felt that our Jack Russell was in good hands. He was examined very thoroughly without any time pressure, and the vet and assistant were very sensitive and loving in their interactions with him. Several treats after the examination were included. Finally, someone listened to me and acknowledged my concerns. I could have saved myself and our little guy the trouble of visiting two other vets. Something was found and is now being treated. We have a follow-up appointment in a week. This practice clearly aims to minimize stress for the animals, and direct contact with other animals is avoided with a well-established entry system. I would have gladly given them six stars.

Fast help for our dog. We were there as an emergency. The eye surgery was performed the same day. Top team. Thank you.
