We've been patients of Dr. Harre since January 2025. Every three months, we have to take our Ianto for a check-up because he has cataracts in both eyes. We are more than satisfied with her and her entire team! You couldn't ask for more expertise combined with empathy for the patient and their owner. I can't understand the reviews that often complain about the costs! Before we first went to this practice, we had to pay more for incorrect treatment at a 'regular' vet than we did here! Thank you to the whole team for taking such loving care of our darling! ❣️

My cat had a rapidly changing lens melanoma. She went to the eye center for checkups once a quarter and has now had her eye removed. I felt very well cared for by Dr. Harre and am very grateful to her for looking after Felina so well.

Now that my boxer Lisa's treatment was successfully completed today, I feel I've gathered enough impressions to write a review with a clear conscience. Throughout the entire period (August to December), I felt very well cared for here and had absolutely no negative experiences. Ms. Harre and the entire team at the practice are truly empathetic, sensitive, courteous, and above all, highly competent! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank them :) I think it goes without saying that such treatments can be more expensive, and this should really be considered as a fundamental decision before getting a pet. Therefore, I don't understand the occasional dissatisfaction in the reviews, especially since this is a specialist practice and not a general practitioner. All in all, a sincere recommendation from me!

I visited this veterinary ophthalmology practice for the first time with my dog ​​Emma and I'm very satisfied. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and professional. The examination was very thorough, and Dr. Harre explained each step clearly. I especially appreciated that she took the time to answer my questions and made me feel my concerns were taken seriously. Emma was handled calmly, lovingly, and sensitively. Especially during a very stressful time for me due to her sudden blindness, the calm, empathetic, and competent care gave me a great deal of reassurance. I always felt I was in good hands. The drive of over an hour was absolutely worth it – I would gladly make the trip again for the professional expertise and warm care. I personally cannot understand the negative reviews regarding the costs at all. For the comprehensive examination, the expert advice, and the time spent with Emma and me, I found the price to be absolutely fair and reasonable. Due to Emma's current health issues, we had previously consulted other veterinarians and, in some cases, incurred higher costs for far less specialized examinations. Therefore, I found the price-performance ratio to be very fair, especially for an ophthalmology practice. Many thanks to Dr. Harre and the entire team for the excellent care. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
