We went to Mr. Rabe's emergency vet on Boxing Day, just before midnight. Unfortunately, we weren't greeted warmly and were asked if we were on a family outing. The hamster was only briefly examined, given an injection in the back of its neck, and given some medication without the vet knowing what it was. We were also not told to see another vet. So on Monday, we went to a different vet who gave us a thorough explanation.
This is our trusted veterinary practice. Emergencies are always taken seriously and treated. A friendly and competent team provides a sense of calm and security. We feel well cared for here!
