A truly wonderful and highly competent veterinarian. I've been taking my two cats to her for a very long time. She was incredibly helpful and gave me excellent advice recently regarding my cat's condition. In my opinion, she and her team are the best practice imaginable. Thanks to her absolutely competent and professional advice, we're getting my cat back on track. Thank you to the whole team, and especially THANK YOU from our little Mautzi and Mila.

Hello, my name is Shorty... I am a 16.5 year old dachshund. I have known the practice since I was 9 weeks old. I am always happy when I see Dr. Hagemann and her team 🥰 She has helped me on several occasions and has always taken good care of me. Now my eye was sticky shut and I could no longer walk properly. She recognized straight away that it was because of my teeth. They were infected 😫 Now my master and mistress had to decide what to do with me. Tablets only help for a short time and do not solve the problem. At my age I still needed an operation......there was no way around it. I did not want to walk around in pain any longer. Dr. Hagemann told me that even at my age I could still be put under anesthesia and that she could treat my bad teeth that way. I woke up without any problems after the anesthesia that was tailored to my needs. Everyone took great care of me 😘 When I heard I had eight teeth removed, I was happy that I was treated so professionally. I was able to eat normally the next day and have even been outside a bit. Now, four days after the operation, I'm doing well. I'm fit for my age, thanks in part to the fact that Dr. prescribed me some excellent heart medication. LONG STORY SHORT... Even a senior like me can still lead a happy life. Many thanks also from my owners, who always feel like they're in really good hands at the practice. Thank you all for always treating me so well... Yours, Shorty 🐾🐾🐾

We recently had a wonderful experience with the veterinary practice and would like to share it. Our cat Fibi (13 years old) suffered from FORL, a painful dental disease, and had to have all her teeth removed. The practice team did a fantastic job. From the very beginning, the entire staff was incredibly caring and empathetic. Dr. Hagemann took the time to explain FORL and the necessary treatment to us in detail. Our cat received loving care before, during, and after the surgery, and we felt well-informed and supported at all times. Fibi was feeling much better the very next day, and eating without her teeth is no problem for her at all. It is so important to see a veterinarian for dental problems in cats, as FORL and other dental diseases can often go undetected until the pain becomes unbearable. Regular dental checkups can prevent a lot of suffering and significantly improve the animals' quality of life. We are very grateful for the excellent care and flexibility and highly recommend them to any pet owner! The Lüke Family

Absolutely fantastic veterinarian! Wonderful and kind staff members, the vet is also a gem. They are all very understanding and explain everything and every step. We took our cat Garfield there. We had recently adopted him from a home with another cat who had injured him. We went there and they took care of him immediately. It turned out he had worms, so we got him a deworming treatment right away. We are young and unfortunately have some financial difficulties, but they still made it possible for us to help Garfield. A truly loving veterinarian. I thank the whole team, and Ms. Ulrike Hagemann is such a kind person. She listens to you and really tries her best to make everything possible. Luckily, our little one didn't need surgery; the antibiotic worked immediately after two days. I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian. I will continue to go there as long as Garfield lives, and I will also go there for any other animals. Highly recommended, I'm truly speechless, they are all so wonderful.
