We had to take our cat to the vet yesterday... Dr. Wackernagel-Thijssen took plenty of time for the examination. She answered our questions, listened patiently to our descriptions, and was really very kind to our feline friend. You can simply come to the consultation without an appointment... we only had to wait about 15 minutes, but that was perfectly fine.

Unfortunately, we had to come to your practice in the middle of the night with our 14-year-old Labrador during our vacation... as an emergency. We were prepared to leave the practice without our beloved dog. However, we still didn't know what to expect because we weren't familiar with the practice. Ms. Wackernagel-Thijssen took excellent care of our beloved dog, including us. She listened to all our stories with such calm and understanding. And what we found particularly positive... we were given all the time in the world to say goodbye to our furry friend. We hadn't initially thought otherwise, but we had to take our dog with us again (we'd experienced this differently at other practices). Ultimately, however, it was the right decision for us, as it gave us time to spend our last hours together as a family until the pet burial. Such a farewell is always difficult and dreadful, but Ms. Wackernagel-Thijssen, with her calmness, understanding, and professionalism, was able to make it special for us. Despite all our grief, we were so happy that we ended up in her practice. Thank you so much for everything😢😢😢

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. I was there for the first time today, worried about my old cat. The two veterinarians were very kind and helpful, conducted thorough examinations, and I was able to leave the practice reassured. The cute practice cat made the wait more pleasant.

We took our little kitten to this veterinary practice after being turned away at another one. We only had to wait a short time before our Sammy was seen. The staff were very kind and caring. The price was also reasonable.
