We had to take our cat to the vet yesterday... Dr. Wackernagel-Thijssen took plenty of time for the examination. She answered our questions, listened patiently to our descriptions, and was really very kind to our feline friend. You can simply come to the consultation without an appointment... we only had to wait about 15 minutes, but that was perfectly fine.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. I was there for the first time today, worried about my old cat. The two veterinarians were very kind and helpful, conducted thorough examinations, and I was able to leave the practice reassured. The cute practice cat made the wait more pleasant.

A very pleasant experience. The doctor is a special woman, very attentive to animals and very sociable. Although I speak very little German, the doctor made herself understood by speaking to me in English, which not many doctors do. Thank you very much, doctor, and I highly recommend your services to everyone. With all due respect, a 10!!!!

Unfortunately, we had to bring our 14-year-old Labrador retriever to your veterinary practice in the middle of the night as an emergency during our vacation. We were prepared to leave the practice without our beloved dog. However, we still didn't know what to expect, as we were unfamiliar with the practice. But Ms. Wackernagel-Thijssen took wonderful care of our beloved dog and us. She listened to all our stories with such calm and understanding. And what we found particularly positive was that we were given all the time in the world to say goodbye to our furry friend. Initially, we had planned things differently, but we had to take our dog home with us (we had experienced different procedures at other practices). Ultimately, though, it was the right decision for us, because it gave us time to spend our last hours together as a family of three before the pet funeral. ... Such a farewell is always terrible and awful, but Ms. Wackernagel-Thijssen, with her calm, understanding, and professionalism, was able to make it something special for us. In all our grief, we were so glad to have found our way to her practice. Thank you so, so much for everything 😢😢😢

We took our little kitten to this veterinary practice after being turned away at another one. We only had to wait a short time before our Sammy was seen. The staff were very kind and caring. The price was also reasonable.
