Reviews
The actual veterinarian wasn't present at the first two visits, but only at the third. At each visit, the veterinary assistant commented that our dog was too thin, even though he weighed a normal weight according to the guidelines and was fed the manufacturer's food recommendations. She also said that all these recommendations were worthless and that one should go with one's own gut feeling. In our opinion, our family dog is absolutely perfect and lacks nothing. At the third appointment, the vet immediately brought up the same topic without knowing his weight or age, apparently based on the assistant's information, as I was only asked how old the dog was later on. The weight was criticized but not actively inquired about. All appointments began with discussions rather than actual treatment. I was also repeatedly referred to insurance policies and informed about the Boxer's possible illnesses. The visits were very stressful for us as owners, and we didn't feel that our dog was in good hands. At the time of the third appointment, our puppy was 12 weeks old and weighed 11.5 kg. We recommend that the practice, and especially the veterinary assistant, reconsider how they interact with owners. Dog owners should feel that their pet is being well cared for and not have to constantly explain how to feed or care for it. A matter-of-fact tone and targeted recommendations would make the visit much more pleasant.
I took my cat to the vet today for his neutering, which was fine. But she still needs to learn some manners. It's normal for me to bring a favorite blanket or toy, but that wasn't right because the blanket was too thick. He loves that blanket, so I gave it to him. On top of that, I brought a pad that wasn't a towel, but a cover I've never used because I don't like it. That wasn't right either; she just kept complaining. The woman always finds something to criticize. But the main thing is that the animals are okay. That's the most important thing. Sorry, that was the last time I'll be there.
