Tierarztpraxis Ewens

The team seems competent and is very friendly. I didn't mind the short wait despite having an appointment, as it was mentioned beforehand on the phone. You receive good advice and the animal is treated respectfully. Thumbs up! 👍🏿

Unfortunately, we cannot share the positive reviews! Last week, we took our dwarf rabbit to the vet because of a growth on his jaw. It was supposed to be just a preliminary examination. No questions were asked about pre-existing conditions or his behavior. Instead, our rabbit's claws were trimmed without our consent, and Flocke tensed up so badly in the vet's assistant's grip that he broke his spine and his hind legs became paralyzed. The vet's hasty diagnosis was "herniated disc," for which she gave him a cortisone injection. The vet's exact words were, "If it doesn't get better in two hours, it would be advisable to euthanize the animal!" We went to the animal hospital in Duisburg instead, as the whole situation seemed very dangerous. The X-ray at the hospital confirmed the broken spine, and with heavy hearts, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Flocke. We absolutely cannot recommend this veterinary practice, and since then, most of our friends and acquaintances have advised us against going there. Despite all the sadness, we had a great vet at the animal clinic who explained everything to us professionally and with great empathy.

A very friendly veterinarian who works in the best interests of the animal, not her own wallet, with a great team 👍 We've been going there for years and are very satisfied 😊

Highly recommended! Finally, a vet who cares about the animals and not just the money – very competent.

Wonderful veterinarian, highly competent and empathetic with the furry friends. Her team is simply fantastic. Thank you all so much ♥️
