Was there for the second time and twice it was a complete failure. First case, helplessness meant they sent me to another clinic as I had no plan. Second case was an emergency. I had to wait until regular patients were ahead of me. My dog couldn't breathe. Apart from an x-ray and a heart tablet, nothing was done. No infusion, nothing. The dog was dead two hours later! Pulmonary edema. The bill included an emergency fee of just under €50, during consultation hours which weren't even treated like an emergency. Yes, I can confirm the greed and, most importantly, the incompetence. Absolutely not.

I was simply turned away. I thought you were supposed to help animals at a veterinary practice, but apparently that's not important enough. Incredibly rude!

I'm absolutely thrilled with this vet. He remains matter-of-fact and answers questions well and clearly. I don't know where the other reviews are coming from. Appointments are easy to find and wait times are short. The practice is always clean and modern. He has helped my cat, and thus me, out of difficult situations on several occasions. (Even when other vets let me down.) I'm happy to entrust my cat to him and would happily recommend him to others.

I visited the veterinary practice and felt they were doing a good job. The veterinarians and the team seemed competent and professional. However, I had the impression that their focus was heavily on profit. It would be desirable if the practice placed more emphasis on long-term care and the welfare of the animals, rather than simply making quick financial decisions. Overall, the practice is capable of providing the necessary medical services, but the balance between animal welfare and financial interests should be better considered.

I only went there twice... I found him and the team very friendly... What I liked was that he told me I should go to a larger practice or clinic because he didn't know what to do with my dog... Not every vet does that, and I thought it was great. Unfortunately, she has since passed away from cancer 😭
