Horrible experience. They refused to come see my 14 years old 40kg paralyzed dog at home even though I was a client in the praxis. We had to bring him to their praxis where a very young woman didn't even examine him (didnt even touch him) and told me while laughing searching the English words to euthanize him.. next day as we called to ask if they can come to our home to do that they told us that since it's only 1 doctor in the praxis it's not possible.. Horrible.

For many years, this incredible team of veterinarians has been with us through both wonderful and incredibly difficult times with our horses and dogs. Knowing we can rely on them day and night gives us a sense of security that is priceless. No matter when you call, they are there, they arrive quickly, and they truly do everything they can to help. We have experienced so much together: severe colic, eye injuries, large and complicated wounds that required stitches, tooth extractions, and many other emergencies. Even in situations where hope seemed to have dwindled, they never simply gave up. With every call, you can feel the passion, experience, and love for animals that they bring to their work. We especially appreciate that they not only provide outstanding professional care, but also that humanity and compassion are always their top priority. Our animals have always been treated with calm, patience, and great care—and we, as owners, have always felt understood and genuinely supported. We are deeply grateful for all the help, the many night shifts, the honest words, and the tireless care.
