We are particularly impressed by how sensitively and dedicatedly you approach Prunella each time. Dear Mrs. Esser-Hönig! This is Bobby writing to you. You freed me from several nasty teeth on July 18, 2025! I just chew on the other side now – but I still enjoy it! I've got a big gap in the front now, so I can whistle "La Paloma" in three parts! I'm so glad the abscessed teeth are gone and that you dared to perform the surgery despite my heart valve defect. Now I'm back to my old self, no, actually I'm much fitter and healthier! I can play with my friend Molly and the other girls again, and wrestle with the boys. I can also go back to my part-time job as a garbage inspector. A few hours at a time, of course, since I'm retired. Besides, I still have to supervise my owner and take her for walks every day! But I can manage that with ease now. Thanks to you and your colleague! I'm so glad I can do that again. Therefore, once again, a heartfelt thank you ❣️ I will highly recommend you and your team! I took my rabbit to be neutered a year ago. You can tell that the animal's well-being is always the top priority. Ms. Esser-Hönig even checked in on my rabbit the next day, which shows how important animals are to her! What I'd especially like to highlight is that the veterinary assistant even came to my house when my rabbit was in severe pain and urgently needed a painkiller injection. The assistant lived near me and offered to do so voluntarily. This veterinary practice deserves more than 5 stars! A truly wonderful veterinarian and wonderful assistants! My rabbits are doing great again, and the wound healed quickly.
