Dear Ms. Esser Hönig, the three of us (Prunella) would like to thank you most sincerely for your great understanding, the excellent treatment, and for always being there to listen to all of little Prunella's problems. It is truly rare to encounter a team that cares for a little girl with so much love, warmth, and patience. We are particularly impressed by how sensitively and dedicatedly you approach Prunella each time. What we still can't quite understand, however, is what magic remedy you give her for her stomach problems 😉😉😉 Afterwards, she's like a little whirlwind – completely transformed and full of energy. 👍👍👍 It's simply wonderful how much it helps her. 😊😊😊😊 A big thank you also goes to your staff, who are always very kind, courteous, and helpful. My cat didn't feel comfortable at all, and I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously. The concept of doing everything without an appointment meant I had to wait over three hours each time, while the treatment was rushed through. I've since switched, which saves me and my pet stress.

Dear Ms. Esser-Hönig! This is your Bobby writing to you. You freed me of several nasty teeth on July 18, 2025! I just chew on the other side - I still enjoy it! I now have a large gap in the front, so I can whistle "La Paloma" in three parts! I'm so glad the abscessed teeth are history and that you dared to perform this surgery despite my heart valve defect. Now I'm back to my old self; no, actually, I'm much fitter and healthier! I can play with my friend Molly and the other girls again, and wrestle with the boys. I can also go back to my part-time job as a garbage inspector. Hourly, of course, since I'm retired. Besides, I still have to look after my mistress and take her out every day! But I can manage that easily again now. Thanks to your and your employee's help! So once again, a heartfelt thank you ❣️ I will warmly recommend you and your team!
