The best vet in town
Fuchs is a great vet practice, hebis able to explain you in English in case you need it and can perform specialized procedures for the hips is case your dog has some sort of dysplasia. In addition, he looks after you on costs, not trying to sale you or promote you just for the sake of making money. Him and his staff are very capable of handling difficult breeds as in my case a very special Chow Chow.
Thank you to the entire team at Dr. Fuchs's practice. I recently visited the practice again with my dog Rosi after a long time, this time with Dr. Amann. Despite somewhat challenging examination conditions (my dog was restless and anxious), the examination was conducted extremely calmly and professionally. The diagnosis was quickly made after various tests, a treatment plan was developed, and I received a thorough explanation. Thank you to the entire team! I can absolutely recommend this practice...😁 Your beloved pet will be in excellent hands there. ❤️
A very competent team. They take plenty of time to examine the animal. I wouldn't go to any other practice. As for the prices, I think they're normal. Nobody works for free, not even for a consultation. And regarding the cost of treatment or surgery, there are far more expensive options in St. Pölten. My dog had surgery on three different areas before Christmas, and everything healed perfectly. For me, they're the best team. Oh yes, about the waiting time: you have to be prepared to wait if you want to help your pet. That's why I'm happy to wait; after all, examinations take different amounts of time. So, that's all for now :)
The Fuchs veterinary practice was recommended to us by our regular vet, as she doesn't perform echocardiograms herself. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly. Our first impression: We had to wait a bit, but it wasn't a problem, as you could tell the team took their time with the pets (…you don't get seen immediately at the doctor's office either). During the examination itself, our little cat was a bit tense (we hadn't experienced that before), but Dr. Fuchs and Dr. Frühwirth were very attentive and were able to calm him with gentle strokes. The price was also fair and was disclosed to me when I made the appointment – there were no extra charges. In conclusion: We are very satisfied and everything went perfectly; we would definitely go there again.
