For many years, we greatly appreciated his calm, thoughtful, and highly competent manner, and we felt very well cared for until the very end. On Sunday evening, they treated our cat Cassiopeia professionally, empathetically, and with great support, responding to our emergency situation and referring us to the veterinary clinic.
