Title: A Veterinarian with Heart and Passion – You Saved My Dog's Life! I want to thank this wonderful veterinarian and her manager from the bottom of my heart and wholeheartedly recommend them to every pet owner. I owe it to this team that my beloved dog Bolek is still alive. There hasn't been a single case where they couldn't help us. I was in a dramatic situation: I had unknowingly given my dog ibuprofen, which is highly toxic to dogs. He could have died within 24 hours. But thanks to the veterinarian's lightning-fast response, enormous expertise, and loving care, Bolek was helped back on his feet. That he's still with me today is entirely thanks to them. What makes this practice stand out: Competence: There has never been a situation for which they didn't have a solution. Empathy: Both the veterinarian and the manager treat the animals like family members. Warmth and kindness: You can feel genuine goodwill and passion for the profession here. A huge thank you on behalf of myself and my two dogs – Bolek and Felek. If you are looking for someone who will care for your dogs with the utmost care and a big heart, you've come to the right place. With deepest gratitude, The owner of Bolek and Felek
I'm absolutely convinced that Ms. Koebe must be some kind of white magician. I took our old cat Elvis to her, who had barely eaten anything for days due to toothache and nausea from his kidney failure, and half a day later he was eating like a horse again! :D All joking aside: We already had a fantastic vet for our two senior cats in Bremerhaven, and after moving to the countryside, we were worried we wouldn't find such a good vet again. Our worries were unfounded. Ms. Koebe's way with animals is so loving and gentle that our cats lose all fear in her presence, and if the appointments were longer, I was almost afraid our furry friends wouldn't want to go home at all. You can tell that the animals' well-being is her top priority. For example, she referred Elvis directly to Mr. Schmitz in Rastede for dental work because of his dental problems, instead of trying anything herself. And not only that – after our cat's dental appointment, during which his kidney failure was diagnosed, she immediately followed up with an email, providing excellent advice until our next appointment. She even responded to my emails early in the morning, in the evening, and on weekends, which is by no means a given and something I never expected or demanded. Our cats receive holistic care from her, and she strives to give them the best possible life despite their age. And when the time comes for our two senior cats to pass away, I can't imagine a better vet to accompany them on that journey. Although, of course, I hope that time is still a long way off. The practice is idyllically situated and pleasantly furnished; the examination room is always cozy and warm. The waiting room even always smells lovely. There is parking for about four cars. The access road is a bumpy dirt track, which our cat Elvis would rate 0 out of 5 stars. ... I rate the practice 5 out of 5 stars because more is not possible.
A truly heartfelt recommendation! The beautiful ambiance is immediately noticeable upon entering the practice, creating a calming atmosphere for both humans and animals. The veterinarian and her team are not only highly skilled but also treat the animals with incredible love and empathy. Their relationship with us pet owners is also wonderful: everything is explained patiently, and we feel truly heard and understood. Thank you so much for the excellent care!
I am truly impressed with the veterinarian and her way with the animals. Her passion for her profession is evident in every situation, and that gives you, as a pet owner, a great sense of security. She cared for both our dog, who sadly had to be put down, and our current puppy – in both cases with incredible empathy and care. We found her to be highly competent, calm, and absolutely trustworthy, and we can wholeheartedly recommend her. The entire practice team is also always friendly, helpful, and takes the time to address the concerns of pet owners. You really feel well cared for there.
Dr. Koebe is an incredibly compassionate and caring veterinarian. Our cat, Blacky, unfortunately had to be put down, and Dr. Koebe handled it with such compassion, calm, and dignity that we felt truly in good hands during this difficult situation. You can tell that the well-being of the animals and their owners is very important to her. We will definitely continue to stay with her with our two other cats – it couldn't have been better! 💖🐾
