A super relaxed and friendly veterinarian, even though it was an emergency service. My Balu and I felt very comfortable with her. Her examination was excellent; everything was done calmly and without any rush, and she explained everything very clearly. Balu even let her look in his ears (which is usually a real struggle). The price was also reasonable, even for an emergency service. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

A really nice vet who even gets along with my 5-year-old German Shepherd. What I particularly liked was that she said we should take him off the leash. That way he could sniff everywhere, and a lot of tension was lifted from him. He has a lot of marbles rolling around in his head. But the doctor was able to examine him. When she wanted to look into his (re-)inflamed ear, she stood over him and explained to him that she knew what she was doing. She has studied this 😂😂😂 I don't know if he understood, but the examination went well. Conclusion: We will only go to the doctor from now on. Not to forget the lady at the reception. Friendly and helpful. We feel in good hands at the practice.
