A super relaxed and friendly veterinarian, even though it was an emergency service. My Balu and I felt very comfortable with her. Her examination was excellent; everything was done calmly and without any rush, and she explained everything very clearly. Balu even let her look in his ears (which is usually a real struggle). The price was also reasonable, even for an emergency service. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

A super lovely vet who even got along with my 5-year-old German Shepherd. What I especially appreciated was that she suggested we let him off the leash. This allowed him to sniff around and relieve a lot of tension. He's usually quite a nervous dog. But Dr. [Name] was still able to examine him. When she wanted to look in his (again) inflamed ear, she stood over him and explained that she knew what she was doing. She'd studied veterinary medicine! 😂😂😂 I don't know if he understood, but the examination went well. In short: We'll only go to Dr. [Name] from now on. And let's not forget the receptionist. Friendly and helpful. We feel very well cared for at her practice.

I've been taking my Labrador to this veterinary practice for quite some time and have always found the care to be reliable. That's why my last experience was so disconcerting. I brought my dog in for what I considered to be an acute condition: barely responsive and unable to stand up on his own. Despite this, he wasn't even given a quick look or assessment; instead, we were told to make an appointment. I understand that veterinary practices need to be structured. However, in such a situation, I would have appreciated at least a brief initial medical assessment, especially to determine whether it was an emergency. Precisely because we had previously established a relationship of trust, this experience has left me with a very troubling feeling.
