I've only been a customer for six months, but I'm very satisfied. The team is always friendly, and you can get appointments quickly depending on the urgency, so you never have to wait long. If I could, I'd give them ten more stars!

We were always treated very kindly and friendly by all the professional staff! Everyone is empathetic, helpful, and competent! Even though our Hubertus didn't make it yesterday, we will definitely stay with this practice if we get a new dog!

We took our dog (Tommy) to the vet for a routine check-up. Everything went as usual. Tommy was examined, including his heart, lungs, blood work, and body examination. During the concluding consultation, we were informed that there were slightly unusual sounds coming from his lungs and heart, and that his teeth should be cleaned of tartar. We scheduled a follow-up appointment soon. At this appointment, an ultrasound was performed to examine his heart and lungs. The result: his lungs were pumping too much air to his heart, leading to hyperactivity. The dog was given medication for his stomach and internal blood vessels (colloquially known as Viagra, to help dilate the vessels leading to his heart). The dental cleaning could not be performed at that time. A new appointment was scheduled for approximately two weeks later. The aforementioned auscultation tests were then briefly repeated as a check-up. Since Tommy was to have his teeth cleaned under general anesthesia with oxygen, I was told to go home and call back later that afternoon. So I did that and was able to pick Tommy up around 3:00 PM. He was still completely groggy. When I asked if everything had gone normally, I got the answer: Tommy had seven teeth extracted during the surgery. I was stunned, as I hadn't expected such an answer at all. I didn't know how to react... I was given medication (painkillers) to take with me for the weekend and, at the same time, the bill. A hefty €800.00 stared back at me. And that was without any prior consultation as to whether such extensive treatment was even desired. I had assumed it was just a teeth cleaning, as mentioned. Now this sum, which had to be paid immediately. We are pensioners and have to watch every penny. That really hurt, especially since the other examinations also cost a pretty penny. I suddenly had stomach cramps. Tommy was 15 years and almost 8 months old at the time. Two weeks later, Tommy was euthanized due to pulmonary fibrosis. For me, this day ended as one of the most terrible of my life. On the positive side, I should mention that I was actually quite impressed with the veterinary practice and its staff. Now it's all over...

We've received excellent care here for years and are always met with friendly staff who have a wonderful way with our dog. There's never any stress here; they're always calm and collected, and always available. We're very grateful for the fantastic help we always receive. When our dog became seriously ill, they did everything they could to get to the bottom of it, and they succeeded. Highly recommended!
