Reviews
We've received excellent care here for years and are always met with friendly staff who have a wonderful way with our dog. There's never any stress here; they're always calm and collected, and always available. We're very grateful for the fantastic help we always receive. When our dog became seriously ill, they did everything they could to get to the bottom of it, and they succeeded. Highly recommended!
I've only been a customer for six months, but I'm very satisfied. The team is always friendly, and you can get appointments quickly depending on the urgency, so you never have to wait long. If I could, I'd give them ten more stars!
Good day. Today I, Natalia Chelariu, was at this clinic with my cat Merlin for an emergency. My cat had an epileptic seizure. He is 24 years old. I was treated very poorly. The woman told me I had to have my cat euthanized. However, he wasn't there for that today. She was very harsh with me, speaking in a foreigner's voice. I'm not having my cat euthanized yet. I'm sorry, but I own a GmbH (limited liability company) in Germany, I pay taxes in Germany, and I expect a little more respect from this clinic.
I recently visited this veterinary practice. The veterinarian was friendly and highly competent – I want to emphasize that point. However, the behavior of the two receptionists was absolutely unacceptable. I was treated rudely upon arrival. While I was sitting in the waiting area, the door was open, and I could clearly hear them making fun of my name. Such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior is not only inappropriate but simply disrespectful to patients. This kind of thing should not happen in any practice. I addressed this directly when paying because I believe it's important not to simply accept such incidents. For me, this leaves a very negative overall impression, which cannot be offset by the excellent treatment provided by the veterinarian. I expect that something will be changed internally as soon as possible.
