I am very satisfied with Ms. Bolak. I've tried several veterinarians, but Ms. Bolak is different. She takes her time, explains everything calmly and clearly. I took my cat to be neutered today, and everything was explained thoroughly and well. However, my cat didn't tolerate the anesthesia well and had trouble coordinating his movements until the evening. Concerned about him, I called outside of regular office hours, and Ms. Bolak answered immediately and reassured me. I've only ever experienced this level of service at emergency clinics or animal hospitals. Her prices are also very reasonable, unlike other veterinarians who often charge high fees or require waiting days or weeks for an appointment. I give her a clear 5-star rating and recommendation.
