Ms. Sander was the veterinarian on call that night when our cat came home with a fight injury. Our cat was limping and completely terrified. Upon arrival at Ms. Sander's office, the injury was only briefly examined and described as a scratch. She sold us honey ointment and disinfectant, and we went home. The next morning, our cat's leg was twice as swollen, as the so-called "scratch" was actually one of four bite wounds. Our cat had to have surgery and was in severe pain, which, according to our veterinarian, could definitely have been avoided if she had been treated properly that evening. Mistakes happen, and that's okay, but we really wish she had taken more time for our cat and a proper diagnosis.

Excellent veterinarian, we were there for the first time today. We are completely satisfied; she is a competent and friendly vet who understands how to handle parrots. Our Emma is very particular and difficult, but Ms. Sander had everything under control and helped Emma right away. She identified the problem, something other vets couldn't do for over a year. We hope our bird 🐦 will feel better soon; the next appointment will surely be more cheerful for Emma. It will probably just be a follow-up examination. Update: Emma is already doing much better 💝. Today is Thursday, so after almost 6 days, she looks really good, almost healthy 😊. The medication is working wonderfully, and Emma is already singing proper operas à la Bocelli again. We are still waiting for news from the lab, but if nothing comes back, then everything is perfect. Then the follow-up examination is the week after next. Thanks for reading 😗

We are very grateful to Dr. Sander. She has saved our birds several times. Unfortunately, sometimes there's just nothing more that can be done. Yes, and I think she likes animals more than people. I think that's perfectly fine. I'm not the patient, I'm the animal. Anyone who loves their pet, especially their bird, goes to Dr. Sander, even if it's a bit of a drive. I always had a journey of almost 60 km. But it was worth it for me and my birds. Thank you again, Dr. Sander.
