Our loyal four-legged friend and we were faithful clients of Dr. Birgit Pump's small animal practice for almost 11 years. During this time, all appointments, surgeries, and examinations were carried out to our complete satisfaction. We always appreciated their open ear and willingness to listen to all our concerns. The team is first-class, and the veterinarian herself is outstanding. The negative reviews I've seen don't reflect our experience at all. We never felt that financial considerations were the priority. On the contrary, everything was done to ensure our dog's well-being. She was in the best hands until her very last breath. Our deepest gratitude goes to the entire team. Overall, this is simply an all-around excellent practice.

She's really competent! She treated my dogs without any fuss, and they were much better within an hour, whether it was a persistent cough, diarrhea, or anything else – they were back on their feet in no time. I can highly recommend Dr. Pump; she's a fantastic doctor with a superb team who are really kind and accommodating!

So far, I've always received good advice and felt comfortable with my cats. The only thing I can complain about is the opening hours. As a working woman, I often can't get in during lunchtime, so it gets busy and hectic in the evenings. But otherwise, everything is great 🐱❤

I've been taking my cats to Dr. Pump for two years now and I'm absolutely satisfied. Dr. Pump is very kind and helpful when you need professional advice. She takes the time to explain things thoroughly, which was especially helpful to me when I had a failed attempt to introduce my cats. The two veterinary assistants are also lovely and attentive. My cats and I feel very comfortable at this practice. 😊

We enjoy going to Dr. Pump. Appointments are available quickly, and she even reminds us if we're early. She takes her time... our dog and we are happy 😊
