Our Giesela had a serious emergency in August. By sheer luck, we got in touch with Dr. Reimers at the Suhr veterinary practice on a Sunday morning, as the Oldenburg veterinary clinic didn't have a vet available despite offering emergency services. Dr. Reimers was there for us immediately! As I've already mentioned in person, we'd like to thank Dr. Reimers and the entire Suhr veterinary team again for their quick response. Giesela was feeling much better in no time. The advice and help were exactly what you'd hope for as a dog owner. Dr. Reimers also quickly got Giesela's allergy problem under control, which other vets had struggled with for years – we are incredibly grateful for that too 🥰. I/we can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice – the animal's well-being is truly the priority here 🥰, which Giesela loves because she always happily and willingly walks into the practice 😬 and looks forward to her visit. We brought our dog there. She came directly to us from an animal shelter in Bulgaria and wasn't in the best of health. All the veterinarians who cared for Ida were incredibly kind and empathetic; they took their time and asked insightful questions. We were informed of the cost before the blood test to avoid any surprises. We are extremely satisfied and would entrust Ida to your capable hands again without hesitation :-). She's doing wonderfully now!

We had to go to the vet today, Boxing Day, because my cat had blood in his urine. We received a very warm welcome, and despite many other patients ahead of us, we didn't have to wait long. The vet took excellent care of the cat, explained everything very well, took plenty of time to draw the blood, and was very gentle with him. Many thanks to the team, everything was great.
