We were there for the first time with our cat Sammy. He received very compassionate care. Sadly, we had to have him put down because there was no other option for him. What I found really lovely was that a condolence card arrived a few days later ♥️ Thank you so much for everything 🙏

Unfortunately, we had to use the emergency service for our small dog, and it went wonderfully. They were quick, friendly, and showed us a great deal of empathy. We would gladly use them again in an emergency.

A wonderfully kind and competent veterinarian. We took our cat to the emergency clinic, and even though it was incredibly busy, we received super quick and, most importantly, expert help. The veterinary assistant was also incredibly kind and gentle with our cat. You can really tell that the animal's well-being is their top priority! A big thank you again from the cat who was missing his tail.

Very friendly team. They take their time and are taken seriously. Our dog was always lovingly cared for. They charge a fair fee; there are some significantly more expensive veterinarians in Oldenburg. We feel very well cared for here!

At another practice, we unfortunately felt like we were seen more as a source of income; here it was completely different – ​​everything was explained clearly, the advice was fair, and they were genuinely interested in the animal's well-being. Highly recommended!
