I had to go to the emergency clinic today because my one-year-old cat was hit by a car. They immediately attended to my seriously injured pet (even though there was another small patient ahead of me). The practice team quickly found an animal hospital with available capacity to operate on her. She will lose an eye and has a broken leg that needs to be set. But she's alive, and I'm just so relieved that she received help so quickly! Thank you so, so much!
This practice was a godsend. You rarely find places like this anymore. Professionally superb, the perfect blend of expertise AND compassion! Even the final arrangements were perfect. I have been visiting this Tierartz for some years now and have always been treated very well as has my dog Leo who has had two big surgery’s on his back hind leg and he is doing very well again and I couldn’t be more grateful with the results and advice given. All the staff go above and beyond and I know my dog who is not a fan of the Tierartz or being managed in any sort of way, is fond of them all which gives me great deal of calm. Thank you!
