Reviews
I am very satisfied with the veterinary practice. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, competent, and treats my boxer dog with loving care. From the very beginning, you feel well cared for and receive thorough advice. Everyone takes the time to answer questions and explains examinations and treatments clearly and understandably. The blood and urine tests were also evaluated very quickly, so I had timely confirmation of her health. The organization and appointment scheduling are seamless. After an insect bite on her face, I received an appointment very quickly. Furthermore, the prices are absolutely fair and more than reasonable for the services provided. Many thanks to the entire team for the excellent care.
Very friendly staff, no waiting time, treatment/examination in a relaxed atmosphere without any rush. Everything was explained clearly. Highly recommended.
I wanted to sincerely thank the team and Dr. Gefäller. She cared for my anxious dog (a Maltese) with such sensitivity and love. And it worked! Fantastic, that's top-notch service. She took plenty of time for the examination and explanation. I've never experienced anything like it. 😊 She's turned her passion into her profession, and it shows. She's a truly wonderful person! I highly recommend her. Thank you so much!
I was there with my Maltese. The team was very friendly. Dr. Gefäller was very empathetic with my anxious dog. She gained my dog's trust very quickly. That really surprised me. She took plenty of time for the treatment. Good, easy-to-understand advice, and she handles the animal with great care. I highly recommend her.
First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude and praise to Dr. Gefäller. We commend her for her absolutely precise work (the complex surgery on our dog's knee – patellar luxation), her skill, her perfect know-how, her pleasant and calm manner, and her compassionate approach to both animal and owner. Thanks to her procedure, she has given our dog a new, carefree life. And she has given us a new lease on life as well, because the well-being of the animal is always Dr. Gefäller's top priority, and of course, ours too. Unfortunately, we received the wrong diagnosis from three different veterinarians before seeking a fourth opinion, as the symptoms weren't improving. Here, our dog finally received the help he needed, and the necessary surgery was performed shortly thereafter. As expected, the recovery went wonderfully, and a whole new world of adventures opened up for our dog – all pain-free. It is clear that she will continue to be our veterinarian for all future examinations and procedures, such as neutering. Unfortunately, we would like to consult her again for any examinations or procedures, including neutering. A huge THANK YOU again from us.
