Super
Unfortunately, I had to have my beloved Luzy put to sleep three weeks ago, and my little one and I received such compassionate support from you. Today the bill arrived, along with a lovely, comforting letter. Even though the pain of loss is immense, THANK YOU. You don't often experience such kindness in a veterinary practice.
A complete breach of trust and zero communication! We took our cat to the vet on a Friday because we were worried (he'd urinated outside the litter box, and we suspected a bladder infection). Luckily, the cat was fine; it turned out to be a simple stress reaction. The unbelievable happened six days later: Animal control was suddenly at our door! The vet had reported us to them, claiming we hadn't followed up with the practice. It's good that a vet has the animal's welfare in mind. But to resort to such extreme measures without even calling us, the concerned owners, to ask about the animal's condition is highly unprofessional. A quick phone call would have immediately clarified that our cat was perfectly healthy. When I called the practice to clarify what had happened, I was simply brushed off (the woman on the phone was supposedly on vacation and knew nothing about it). A visit to the vet requires trust. This trust was completely shattered. We will definitely change doctors.
Everyone at the practice is super nice and friendly and treats the animals with a lot of heart.
Our two cats are patients here and are completely satisfied. One of them recently required more extensive treatment and surgery. The operation was performed in Hatten. All communication and procedures were extremely professional and always ran smoothly. The veterinarians and all the staff took excellent care of the patients (and their owners). Everything – from the procedure to the medication – was explained thoroughly, and our wishes were taken into account. The surgery went well, and the final cost was significantly lower than the estimated price. A clear recommendation from both the patients and their owners.
