Dr. Hampe is an absolutely fantastic avian veterinarian! She's incredibly kind, competent, and handles birds with great care. The practice is very clean and beautifully furnished, making you feel right at home. The veterinary assistants are also very kind and gentle with both people and animals.

We were incredibly surprised by what a fantastic doctor and wonderful assistants! Everyone was so lovely. We were there yesterday for the first time because of our husky, Shrek. He had a few issues. Yesterday we had the initial consultation, and today he had the surgery. What can we say? 100% recommendation! Thank you all so much!

I'm thrilled! People and animals are both put first! Our foster dog had 14 teeth extracted, and the little 11-year-old lady was already running around the garden that evening. Even a week later, everything is great. I can only say THANK YOU. Thank you!!!!!!

A very friendly team; no matter what the issue, they always look for solutions, but in our case, they also honestly refer patients to colleagues when their expertise in a particular area isn't as extensive (ophthalmologist and cardiologist due to a rare heart condition). I feel well cared for at the practice.

Unfortunately, I used the Sunday emergency service late at night and was verbally abused on the phone before I could even properly explain what the problem was. The ordeal continued at the doctor's office; they referred me to colleagues who don't offer emergency services... I can understand, from a human perspective, that she would have preferred to sleep at that hour, but I would never use her services again unless absolutely necessary. For me, that's a definite no-go!
