Very good value. Only charged for worming tablets when signing pet passport.
Amazing vets! Whether it's a regular appointment or an emergency, everyone on the team is always there for you. You can talk about your worries there, but also the good things. They always have a listening ear. Everyone who works there is incredibly caring with the animals! We often took our bulldog there. We left every single appointment completely satisfied! We are so grateful for their help, day and night. Warmest regards from our Milan ♥️
After the surgery at the vet's office, our dog's condition deteriorated significantly, necessitating emergency surgery at another clinic at short notice. This experience was very stressful for us. Overall, we are unfortunately not satisfied with the process and the treatment.
An outstanding, dedicated team! Today, Saturday, at 11:45 a.m., my Jack Russell Terrier, Caya, tried in vain to remove a foreign object from between her teeth. Without hesitation, I called the practice and, as always, received an extremely friendly welcome, even though it was the weekend. I was able to enter the practice immediately. At 12:30 p.m., we were warmly welcomed by Dr. Brantin and a veterinary assistant. Caya had to be sedated because a piece of hard plastic was caught between her teeth. Dr. Brantin and the friendly veterinary assistant acted with utmost professionalism. Caya's well-being was always their top priority; every action was routine and calm. The loving way they treated my animal immediately calmed my initial concerns. My two lively terriers aren't always cooperative (they like to fidget, but they don't get angry), but the entire practice team treats each of my terriers with care but determination. Great team, thank you so much! 🥰
Good evening, we visited the emergency vet clinic for the first time on Sunday around 7:15 pm. We received a very warm welcome. The vet treated my dog wonderfully, and we felt very comfortable. That's why we went back today and had her operated on there as well. I am so grateful for the excellent treatment. I can wholeheartedly recommend the clinic. The team and reception staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I truly mean it! Thank you so much!
