I'm speechless. I called because of an emergency, as my vet is out sick for an extended period. My little dog had an injury on her paw. The woman on the phone told me in a very harsh tone that they had no availability and wouldn't be covering for her... huh... it's an emergency... that's not what I call animal welfare.
The veterinary assistant's unfriendliness is beyond compare. Since my dog hadn't been there for five years, we were kicked out of the system. But my dog was never sick; why would I go to the vet then? Besides, they could have told me this in a friendly way, but the assistant was very, very unfriendly. I will never go to that practice again.
For the past 8.5 years, we've had nothing but positive experiences! Both the receptionist and the veterinarian have always been very helpful and have always helped our dog! For me, there's no better veterinary practice. A very competent and friendly team!
