Small practice. Very helpful staff. You don't have to wait long to get an appointment (maybe a week tops). The only thing is that it is a bit difficult to contact them by phone, I think it's because they are a small practice and sometimes there's no one at the desk.
I've always lived with animals, both dogs and cats. But I've never experienced such a wonderful veterinary practice. Here, you can truly tell that the focus is on the animal, not on "making as much money as possible." Without exception, every single staff member I've met at this practice has been friendly, competent, and incredibly fond of animals. I feel more than well cared for here with my two FIV-positive cats.
I was able to get an appointment at short notice and felt very well cared for. They were also very kind to my Emma. Even though I have to travel a bit further, I will continue to make appointments there.
