let's just be real. probably most of us have had horrible and disappointing experiences at a vet clinic before, a lot of them completely lacking integrity, charging extra for unnecessary things, making me feel discouraged and sad about the human experience. That's exactly what I told these guys on the phone before I brought my boy Murphy into the clinic. they kindly listened and took my concerns seriously. not only did they save his life a couple years ago, they also went out of their way to make sure he would be comfortable staying over night, they assured me they wouldn't charge any extra, and they did not, in fact, they've been more than accommodating! ALL of the assistants I've met so far have been nothing but caring, sweet, thoughtful and genuinely kind! I am so so so grateful and will keep them as my go-to clinic for as long as I live in Hamburg.

As South Korean travelers, we visited this hospital at 10 o'clock on June 24th of last month after making an appointment 3 months ago to take necessary measures (Eu Pet Passport, tapeworm treatment) for our visit to Norway. What I am thankful for about this hospital is that it took the necessary actions accurately and quickly at the scheduled time, guaranteeing the traveler the time needed. Even though language communication was not perfect, they knew what we needed and took care of it. Contrary to what I was worried about, we were able to get the necessary treatment in our country. They used a treatment that was cheaper than the cost of a rabies vaccination and had long-lasting effects. Lastly, we would like to thank the veterinarian and nurse again for kindly responding to our emails despite the inconvenience in communication. We finished our 8-day trip to Norway and moved to Copenhagen, Denmark last evening. Good bye.

Today was my first time on this klinik. I have a puppy and i wanted to get for her the necesarry vakcine...on the reception the Lady was so kind and helpful! I had to wait 10 minutes for the Doctor. He was really animal fan...everybody can see on him 😊 he really knows what he does...he is totally kind and amazing! The clinic is very clean and Stuff are friendly ,helpful.I think sofar is the best klinik in Hamburg. I can offer to anybody!

Just going to write this review in English, because this klinik is so warm to even english speaking folks. Twice they have helped my babies without a previous appointment. No big showbiz just really kind folks in there. Cannot recommend enough!!!!!❤️

Super positive experience. Visited on a weekend due to an emergency with the dog. Very friendly and kind staff including the doctor, nurse / staff at the reception. They provide all kinds of support including the forms, in English. The waiting time was really short and my dog was able to get treatment very quick. Highly recommend this place.
