Very helpful and kind staff who went the extra mile to organise our dogs' travel documents.
I'm not a regular patient at the practice, but I wanted to get an independent opinion regarding the feline leukemia vaccination and received very good and honest advice. If I lived nearby, I would take my cats there directly. The practice clearly doesn't prioritize profit over the cats' well-being ♥️
First of all: we were and still are grateful that we were able to bring our pet in and that he received help so quickly. Mr. Tarek acted very ethically and empathetically; thank you again for that. Now for the problem. When I came out of the room into the hallway, I overheard people talking about our pet. I was then noticed, which was clearly uncomfortable. I think the staff member knows what I mean and who I'm referring to. I would describe this behavior as very inappropriate. When it comes to the last minutes of an animal's life, one should consider one's behavior. Therefore, only 2 stars. Nevertheless, thank you to the vet and the rest of the team.
