From the initial phone call to the examination room, there was absolutely nothing to complain about; quite the opposite, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable during my visit, and my two cats felt the same way. They were treated with great care, and I found the price to be fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

We were on vacation nearby, and our Elly (a 6-year-old female Schnauzer) had apparently chipped a piece of her molar while playing, but it was still hanging there and was causing a lot of discomfort. We noticed it because she hadn't been eating properly for two days, her mouth smelled more and more, and she was picking at it. After calling (on a Friday afternoon), I was allowed to come in with her right away and was told there would be a short wait. The reception was very warm, and the medical team took a look at her teeth, which, except for one, were all in great condition. It was quickly decided that Elly would be sedated for a short time and the tooth would be treated immediately. I was able to be with her the entire time, hold her, and calm her down, and felt very well looked after. Thanks to the super fast and competent treatment, we didn't have to let her suffer over the weekend or even longer. The price/performance ratio and the treatment were simply excellent, thank you very much!

He's only in it for the money; you pay much more than at other vets. I had the feeling he didn't care about my dog ​​at all, and he only suggested I take him to a hospital when he was on the verge of dying. And on top of that, one of his colleagues snapped at me rudely because she thought my dog ​​wasn't a priority, even though he was practically bursting. I'm never going there again.

A fantastic team and very professional! Our dog broke a claw while on vacation, leaving the bone exposed and bleeding heavily. The team took great care of him quickly, professionally, and, above all, humanely. They explained the treatment to us and then performed it without any problems. I can recommend this veterinary practice to everyone!

The entire team is incredibly courteous and genuinely dedicated! Our mini-zoo is in excellent hands. They even point out potential problems that might arise later on and offer suggestions on how to avoid them (without trying to sell us expensive extras). During every visit, everything is explained to our little zookeeper in detail, and all his questions are answered. Thank you so much!
