Dr. Güttinger is a very kind doctor. She even saw us after her opening hours with our hedgehog emergency. Unfortunately, nothing more could be done for the little guy, but I would like to take this opportunity to thank her again for her belated help!
Very unfriendly on the phone. I've called many times, and she's always turned me away. She told me to go to another vet. I find it strange; I don't know her, and she doesn't know me. I don't understand why she's like this.
I took my cat there because of an abscess. The team was friendly and competent, and they genuinely care about the animals' well-being. I'm completely satisfied.
Absolutely unfriendly!!! In an emergency, they yell at you on the phone, "I'm not on call today, go somewhere else!" How can anyone be so unempathetic?!
