They saved our little Buba (Tenshi) multiple times. Truly kind and professional team. They handling your four legged family member with care and love. I couldn't wish for a better Vet ! It is already more than 60km from us, but we still do travel to them because they do worth the time.

We've been to several veterinarians before. But I've never seen such a great practice/clinic. Our Rocky (Labrador mix) had a cruciate ligament rupture. On a recommendation, we went to Schönau. We called at 8 a.m. on a Monday and explained the situation. We were immediately given an appointment for Tuesday at 10 a.m. to determine the cause. The wait in the waiting room was zero minutes – WOW!!! After the X-ray, the diagnosis of a cruciate ligament rupture was confirmed. We were immediately told about the surgical options. We didn't hesitate and scheduled the surgery for Monday at 8 a.m. We were also given a cost estimate for the surgery. The day of the surgery: Waiting time again less than 3 minutes. Everything was explained to us again, etc. Our Rocky was put under anesthesia, then we left him and picked him up again at 5 p.m. I never had a bad feeling because the entire team, including Ms. Drescher, took such good care of our dog. When we picked him up, everything was explained to us again. The final payment was significantly less than the initial estimate. Thank you so much! We would give 10 stars if we could! A truly wonderful clinic. Unfortunately, I've had some less-than-ideal experiences with veterinarians in the past, and I'm always incredibly impressed with Schönau. Here, both people and animals are treated with the utmost respect. The animals are examined, all the options are explained, and a personalized recommendation is given, tailored to the individual animal. Ultimately, the owner decides and remains the owner. No one here is treated like a king. I find you all incredibly kind and highly professional. You don't just hand out loose pills; everything is clearly labeled, and you even receive an information leaflet. They ask about any pre-existing conditions beforehand. On top of that, the clinic's prices are completely fair. A real gem. Thank you!

I can absolutely recommend this practice! We were able to come in at short notice because our cat Fauchi was very ill, even though they were very busy and didn't actually have any appointments available. They took wonderful care of him, immediately drew blood to avoid unnecessary treatment costs and to find the cause of his poor condition. Even though we ultimately had to say goodbye to our cat, we are very grateful for the compassionate and loving care. We would go back to Schönau anytime because you and your pets are truly in the best hands there.

I've been taking my young dog to this veterinary practice for two years now, and I can highly recommend it! Making an appointment is quick and easy, and the vets and staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. They offer excellent advice when I have questions. Most importantly for me: since we've been going to this practice, my dog ​​hasn't had any more intestinal problems. They addressed the issue exactly where it needed to be and were able to help him immediately. He even looks forward to going to the vet (which thankfully isn't very often). He's not afraid thanks to the gentle treatment and even lets the vets pet him 😊
