But makes you worry and lot when there is no need for it The secretary took appointment for me and my cat in an other city while I didn't ask for anything and try to force me to go ,telling me that my cat will loose his eye . I didn't go and my cat still has two eyes and can see from both of them . A bit disappointed but still a ok doctor to go to

On December 30th, the practice was not only open, but our dog received the utmost care. We are incredibly grateful!! Specifically: As short-term visitors to the national park (aiming to avoid fireworks) for New Year's Eve, we had to bring our dog in. She had been treated for a dog bite back home, but after nine days, the treatment turned out to be unsuccessful, much to our surprise. The wound had reopened after the staples were removed. Thanks to the professional assessment, the kind welcome we received from strangers, and the successful anesthesia/multi-layer wound closure, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Hartung and her team!

Last night, they acted immediately, without hesitation, and my beloved Spiky was cared for with great dignity, calm, and compassion, and finally, he was released from his suffering. I felt completely at ease at all times: The advice was always honest, empathetic, and very easy to understand; everything was explained patiently and transparently. It's clear that they possess not only professional expertise but also genuine compassion for both animals and their owners. Even though saying goodbye was incredibly difficult, I am immensely grateful to have known that my dog ​​was in this particular practice. Yesterday, Sunday, I took my Rottweiler to the emergency vet clinic at Dr. Hartung's for the first time. Although it was very busy, I never felt rushed. The vet and her assistants were very attentive, which is always important to me, and took the time needed to examine my dog ​​thoroughly. After a short wait, all the findings were discussed in detail and also sent to me again by email. Thank you again for the quick and excellent care.
