I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to this wonderful veterinary practice. Last night, they acted immediately, without hesitation, and my beloved Spiky was cared for with great dignity, calm, and compassion, and finally, he was released from his suffering. I felt completely at ease at all times: The advice was always honest, empathetic, and very easy to understand; everything was explained patiently and transparently. It's clear that they possess not only professional expertise but also genuine compassion for both animals and their owners. Even though saying goodbye was incredibly difficult, I am immensely grateful to have known that my dog ​​was in this particular practice. Thank you for everything – for your humanity, your care, and for ensuring Spiky wasn't alone. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful veterinary practice for my dog.

Whether it was routine checkups, unexpected worries, or the final, difficult moments – you were always there for us with expertise, patience, and a calm touch. We especially thank Silke Hartung and Janin Käuper, who cared for Nikki with such professionalism and empathy over the past few years. As dog owners, we always felt, and still feel, in good hands with you – not only medically, but also personally. This is something special and deserves our highest appreciation. On December 30th, the practice was not only open, but our dog received the utmost care. We are incredibly grateful!! Specifically: As short-term visitors to the national park (aiming to avoid fireworks) for New Year's Eve, we had to bring our dog in. She had been treated for a dog bite back home, but after nine days, the treatment turned out to be unsuccessful, much to our surprise. The wound had reopened after the staples were removed. Thanks to the professional assessment, the kind welcome we received from strangers, and the successful anesthesia/multi-layer wound closure, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Hartung and her team!

We have been taking our animals to Dr. Hartung or Ms. Augustin for many years. Both veterinarians are very kind, as is the entire team. So far, we have always received quick and reliable help with acute problems. The annual check-ups are also stress-free and very routine. We feel very well cared for there and can highly recommend the practice and the whole team.
