Ms. Kannengießer is certainly a competent veterinarian. Unfortunately, the communication with pet owners is more than inadequate. We brought a very sick cat there, who was admitted for a while. Afterwards, a blood test was done to check if it had brought about any improvement. The results were supposed to be available in 1-2 days. Despite daily calls requesting a callback, I still hadn't received any information after 9 days. Sending them by email was refused, as the results first needed to be discussed with Ms. Kannengießer. Unfortunately, even though we were told daily that we were at the top of the callback list, she seemed to have absolutely no time for us. On the 10th day, we had all the results given to us in person. Even after that, there was no callback to discuss the results, although we told her she was happy to do so. Especially since the blood values ​​had deteriorated significantly, I can't understand why we weren't informed about this in a timely manner. This eliminates options that might have been available if one had been informed about the situation earlier.

I was optimistic about my cat's first two vet visits. I had a good impression of the communication with both people and animals. However, I'm unsure whether it's standard practice for additional examinations, such as X-rays, to be carried out beyond what was agreed upon when you drop off your pet and are then surprised at the checkout. Furthermore, it's been almost a week since the X-rays were taken, and I still haven't received the images as agreed. I've pointed this out twice. The second time, I was told it must be a problem with my inbox. I suggested I take photos of the images myself, but I haven't received any response for a day now. Due to growing mistrust regarding the next steps (I was supposed to take my cat back there, and they couldn't give me any indication of the costs), I consulted another vet for a second opinion. This vet also requested the X-rays and hadn't received them. I don't want to rule out technical problems, but the communication needs to be significantly better. Ultimately, I don't feel comfortable there and wonder if animal welfare is their top priority.

Emergency service on Christmas Day. Very empathetic, friendly and attentive communication. Price perfectly reasonable. I personally cannot understand how some of the other reviews here came about.

We arrived 45 minutes before the official end of consultation hours, having called ahead. We were there so late that we were charged additional emergency and night service surcharges. Even without that, the prices are far too high. A complete rip-off!!! Never again!!!!
