We went there for the first time to have our rabbits' nails trimmed and vaccinated. They were super friendly and offered helpful tips and tricks. It was our first time there, but we'd love to go again.

Unfortunately, the situation at this practice has steadily deteriorated over the years. Appointments are scarce and sometimes involve long waits. The empathy and friendliness of the receptionists have drastically decreased. Communication after a neutering procedure was very slow and cumbersome; everything had to be asked for, and the staff seemed very annoyed by the questions. Overall, it felt very stressful and like a "mass processing" operation. As a pet owner, I don't feel properly informed. I used to enjoy going to this practice. Now I've decided to choose a different one; the friendliness and communication urgently need improvement. This is simply the first impression you get when you enter a veterinary practice.

A very competent veterinarian. He handled the ear infection perfectly and got it under control. And when it came to another issue (a knee problem), he wasn't too proud to say, "Please see a specialist." He will definitely be our vet in Euskirchen.

We took our dog to the vet this evening for an emergency. We are very satisfied! The vet was incredibly friendly, calm, and highly competent. She explained everything clearly, took her time, and answered all our questions. Our dog, Blue, received immediate care, was noticeably better on the way home, and is now sleeping peacefully and relaxed. We are very grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice!
