This was a good experience. 3 dogs needing the worm treatment before returning into Norway. All the staff were very sweet and handled the dogs and the paperwork and non German speaking owners kindly and patiently. Happy with costs too.

Very friendly staff and very clean surgery. 3 dogs to prepare for travel. They responded very quickly for an urgent request for a copy of the details when at the port just before boarding.

Dr. Rompel is the best veterinarian I have ever met. She saved our dog's life by performing surgery herself, even though she didn't actually have an appointment available. She's a wonderfully kind veterinarian who truly cares about the animal and does everything she can to ensure its well-being. Unfortunately, I've also encountered other veterinarians who prioritized money over her. Dr. Rompel comes highly recommended. If you happen to read this, we can't thank you enough for your efforts. We took our cat Kasper to Dr. Rompel's today. She was incredibly kind, as was the wonderful receptionist. They took plenty of time for my tiger, and I'm so glad and grateful that I went. I would go back anytime; we felt very well cared for, and everyone was very empathetic. A heartfelt thank you to the entire practice team for the excellent treatment. Many thanks, the Coppes family.
