Reviews
This veterinary practice has been by our side for 12 years – and I couldn't imagine a better one for Django. He's not an easy dog, but here he's always treated with patience and a lot of heart. With every visit, you can feel that the animal's well-being is the top priority and that everything is done to provide him with the best possible care. Everyone always goes the extra mile and takes plenty of time. Something that, unfortunately, isn't a given these days. Thanks to targeted preventative care, a tumor was even detected early on in Django a few years ago and successfully removed. 🍀 This experience has shown me once again how important competence, modern diagnostics, and experience are. Some reviews occasionally criticize the costs. Yes, quality has its price! Modern equipment, sound expertise, and genuine care don't come for free. I always wonder what some people think, how a modern practice and the salaries of satisfied employees are financed… However, treatments and potential costs have always been explained to me openly, and you can always discuss what makes sense and is financially feasible. However, treatments and potential costs are always explained to me transparently, and you can always discuss what is sensible and financially acceptable. ... Anyone who loves their pet knows that trust, safety, and the best possible treatment are paramount. Many thanks to the entire team for all the years of loving and professional care! This practice is worth every penny. Django and his owner
Treatment by Ms. Sarah Kunz We cannot understand the negative reviews at all. We went to the emergency vet because our dog Sunny was coughing, gagging, and had stopped eating properly. We were understandably worried. From registration to treatment, everything was very calm and professional. Ms. Kunz took plenty of time, explained everything clearly, and was very empathetic to our concerns. At no point did we feel rushed. It was especially nice to see that Sunny felt comfortable and remained calm despite the situation – that says a lot to us. Regarding the costs: It was clearly stated on the phone that emergency service prices are higher. In our opinion, the costs for the examination, consultation, and medication were absolutely reasonable. Thank you so much for the competent, friendly, and reassuring care during a time when you're simply terrified for your dog.
Unfortunately, there's rarely a good reason to go to the vet. In our case, we had to have our beloved cat put down quite suddenly on a Sunday. The vet gave us very competent advice and examined the little one thoroughly. Nevertheless, we had to take this step, and even though it wasn't a pleasant experience in itself, the vet and her veterinary assistant guided us through it perfectly. The vet was not only competent, friendly, and calm, but also very empathetic and understanding. They gave us plenty of time to enjoy the last moments with our little mouse. We only ended up here as an emergency, but this unique experience has remained fundamentally positive in our minds. If we get another cat in the future, we could imagine coming back.
