Very nice veterinarian, you can get an appointment quickly and are seen on time.
I haven't known a more welcoming vet (and I know a few). She's truly wonderful with ALL animals. Cats that have been hit by cars are treated, even without prior reimbursement, and wild animals aren't treated as second-class animals in this practice. We enjoy coming here and are extremely satisfied.
These days it's so hard to please everyone. A small practice doesn't have a card reader, and that's perfectly fine. The fees for the machine aren't exactly cheap! Then you withdraw cash from the bank and could even leave a little tip 😜. It's a lovely little practice with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We enjoy going there and feel completely at ease. Thank you for the excellent service and treatment!
I am appalled by this vet's behavior. I brought a small, injured wild bird to the practice – the animal could barely move, was helpless, and obviously in severe pain. But instead of offering help, the vet coldly turned me away. Her only response was that the bird had to be "re-released." No examination, no compassion, no veterinary responsibility. I didn't let this go and took the bird to another practice. There, it was immediately cared for. The diagnosis: an open fracture of the leg. Had I followed the first vet's advice, the animal would have died a painful death. Instead, part of its leg was amputated – and it's alive. It's incomprehensible that a vet would simply look the other way in an obvious emergency. Anyone who turns away animals in need should seriously consider whether they're in the right profession. In my opinion, this behavior was not only disappointing, but simply irresponsible and heartless.
