Since my rabbit had an acute eye problem and the behavior of the owner of my old veterinary practice left me speechless, I decided to change vets after many years and came across Dr. Haver's practice through recommendations. I got an appointment the same day I called, and I hardly had to wait at all when I arrived. I would especially like to thank Dr. Teuser and Dr. Homberg for their dedication. I felt understood and understood. They took the time to discuss all the options with me and worked together to find a way for my rabbit to get well again, even though the path seemed really difficult. Both the vets and the medical assistants were very kind and friendly. I immediately felt comfortable and will definitely continue to take my animals to this practice! ☺️

I've known the practice for almost 30 years. Whether as a child with my first dog, or years later when we moved back here with our dog and cats, it has always been a good practice. I was there again today with my cat. He has a swollen eye. I called, and 45 minutes later, he was there. They help immediately, and that's what you want for your pet.

I took my dog ​​to Dr. Homberg's veterinary practice, Haver. I have never been treated so rudely. Although I followed the instructions on the medication prescription exactly and am not aware of having done anything wrong, I was told to go to another practice. 🤔😯☹️ Because my dog ​​didn't tolerate the Novalgin well, I went back to the practice to ask if I could stop giving it to her. A veterinary assistant told me – NO!! The next day, I received a call from Dr. Homberg telling me to stop the medication immediately and refusing any further treatment!! I have no idea what prompted her to do that 🤔🤷 but I will never set foot in that practice again!! I'm giving one star because my dog ​​received relatively quick treatment.

Dr. Haver is a fantastic veterinarian. She's empathetic, competent, and takes her time. I feel my dog ​​and I are in the best hands there. The entire team is very friendly and accommodating.
