We brought our rabbit to the clinic a few days ago because she wasn't putting weight on her left paw. The examination was very thorough; every step was explained, and after the x-ray, it was clear what was wrong: a broken toe. We were given tips on how to set up her hutch for the coming weeks so that our rabbit could both get used to it and maintain contact with her other rabbit friends. So far, everything is going great, and we're very happy. Thank you so much, and we'll definitely be back soon.

Super nice doctor, totally human, she cares about the welfare of the animals, also takes enough time for you, the prices are fair, I can really recommend it from the bottom of my heart 👍🏼❤️

Friendly and competent, the sick animal received the necessary attention. Dr. [Name] took plenty of time to explain our cat's condition to us and carefully discussed all treatment options with the necessary sensitivity. Free parking is available directly in front of the practice.

I absolutely cannot recommend this practice. How can a veterinarian be so unempathetic and show so little compassion for an animal? Our story: My dog Bennie, a Bichon Frisé, had bitten the base of his tail raw during the night. He was in pain and wouldn't let us touch him. I called our regular vet. Unfortunately, she was on vacation until January 5th. Dr. Brandt's practice was open, and we were able to go in. Bennie was in a lot of pain and very difficult to restrain. He also had a fever and was given a painkiller and an antibiotic injection. We were told to come back the next day. It was December 30th. Bennie was feeling better and even allowed us to touch his tail. Dr. Brandt shaved a little of the fur around the wound and applied a healing ointment with honey. The moment she did this, my dog started acting very strangely. He whined and spun around. I asked the vet if the ointment might sting, since he was acting so strangely. It doesn't sting, he's just pretending. So we were sent home. Everyone looked down on us. The hysterical owner with the hysterical dog!!! Once we got home, the drama started. The dog was jumping around in circles and whining nonstop. He couldn't settle down. When I called the vet's office, no one was there. His tail was swelling up, so we went to the nearest animal hospital. The conclusion was that he was highly allergic to the ointment. Apparently, ointments containing honey can, in rare cases, cause allergic reactions. And these are particularly severe when applied to open wounds. I don't blame the vet for using the ointment. But if she had reacted immediately when the dog started acting so strangely, she could have spared him a lot of suffering and pain. As a veterinarian, she should have known that!!!
