Reviews
I was there in person and Ms. Onnau was very unfriendly. It's a shame; I'll have to find a different vet in the future. They didn't take any time for my pet, but instead focused on someone who had parked in a public parking lot.
A truly lovely vet with a heart of gold. She's there for the animals. She helped my Sinja so much. I'm so grateful to her. She's the best in my opinion.
Ms. Risges-Onnau often speaks disparagingly about other patients and veterinary practices. During my last visit, listening to her talk was so exhausting that we've switched to another vet. She's (mostly) done a decent job with minor issues, but she's also made some serious mistakes. My dog had gastritis, and she diagnosed back pain. Of course, she prescribed painkillers, which then completely ruined his stomach. At the veterinary clinic, they knew what was wrong within minutes and were thankfully able to help us. Her prices are reasonable. However, you always have to listen to her stories.
By far the best veterinarian, Ms. Risges is there for the animals' well-being and not to make money!!!
We've been going to her for several years now, and I still remember how she did everything she could to save my first pet. She did everything she could to give my little bunny a little more time. I was 13, my mother was seriously ill, and my rabbit suddenly became ill too. She explained everything to me in detail, telling me and showing me everything that was being done to help him. That year was one of the hardest for me, and Ms. Risges Onnau made me feel very comfortable. I think veterinarians as empathetic as she was/is rare. With her, I feel like it's about the animal and the owner, not about the money. I recommended her to one of my friends, and she also immediately felt understood and cared for.
