I have only good things to say. My two cats are very happy here. The advice is excellent. The veterinary assistants are always very friendly and attentive. I really appreciate that they call to check on my pet. My two cats and I feel very well cared for.

I can't even express how lucky we are to have landed at this fantastic practice. I'm so grateful to Dr. Apostolova for responding to my unconventional approach and letting me know where she's working now. In general, appointments are incredibly quick to schedule, I don't have to wait inside with my difficult dog, they call to check on the patient's well-being, and much more. Furthermore, I'd like to thank every member of the practice staff for maintaining composure in emergency situations. My dog ​​was there for a routine procedure, but a life-threatening complication came to light that no one could have foreseen. Thanks to the swift, competent, and compassionate treatment, his life was saved. I'd especially like to highlight the excellent aftercare: not only was everything explained thoroughly, but they also followed up several times to make sure my dog ​​was okay and if I needed any further support. You can tell that there's a genuine interest in the animals' well-being here, and you're not just rushed through. Furthermore, I'd like to thank every member of staff for keeping a cool head during emergencies. Thank you for the excellent work; without you, I would have lost my nugget. I feel very well cared for at this practice, and my dogs enjoy being there too.

Today was my first visit to the veterinary practice on the Erft River with my dog, and I left feeling extremely satisfied and relieved.
