Very disappointed! I explained exactly what my pet's problem was over the phone and also explained everything in person. I specifically went there with the latest report from a previous vet. Mr. Csiky barely paid any attention to the report. He made a completely different diagnosis, administered an injection to my pet without consulting me, and barely informed me of its contents or purpose. Then he gave me a medication intended for a completely different purpose. I was there for a completely different problem! I then specifically went back to the practice and clarified that it was a mistake and was simply referred to a clinic. I am very disappointed by the lack of transparency and care; this is not how I would have imagined a visit to the vet.

Mr. Csiky is incredibly experienced and competent. Furthermore, he is very sensitive and kind to both people and animals. The veterinary assistants are simply wonderful! Thank you for everything!

Very nice doctor, and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, not only with me but also with the patient. She was also very empathetic toward my cat. Everything was explained, what was being done and why, as well as how I should best proceed at home. Price-performance ratio = top 👍 Thank you very much.
