Dr. Kessel has remained friendly, competent, and above all, humane over the years. You never get the feeling that you or your animal patient are just a number.
Excellent doctor, great team, but the waiting times are far too long. Appointments aren't given, and you have to spend the waiting time there (even though some are allowed to go home and come back later). Then this should apply to everyone.
