I've been a patient at this practice for several years. Four weeks ago, I had a case with my dog. All three veterinarians were incredibly dedicated. In the end, I primarily dealt with Ms. Germund. For further diagnostic testing, we went to the clinic. Even though my dog ​​didn't make it (acute kidney failure), the practice helped ensure that she didn't have to spend her final days alone in the clinic. We could be by her side, and she by ours. Anyone who has ever had to say goodbye to a pet understands how important and precious that is, both for the animal and the owner. We unfortunately lost the battle, but I've never felt so supported. Everyone there has their heart in the right place, and I would go back there in a heartbeat.

As always, I received a warm and friendly welcome. They were able to have my cat neutered on short notice. My three female cats were also treated with great care.

We are very satisfied with Dr. Nafziger-Heeb. Our cats, Mr. Teddy and Georgie, as well as our Shetland Sheepdog Nayeli, are in good hands! The team is very knowledgeable! We come here regularly because our furry friends have chronic illnesses. Chronic rhinitis and spondylosis... we're managing them well...
