The entire staff is very friendly and empathetic. Our dog had to be put down, and the vet explained the procedure in detail, outlining the available options beforehand. The assistant was kind enough to carry the animal (30 kg) all the way to the car. I highly recommend this practice.

We've been patients at this practice since last year. The veterinarian and veterinary assistants are very competent, and they provide excellent advice and answer questions thoroughly and honestly. Dear Malte We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You cared for our dog Simba his entire life – ever since he was a tiny puppy – and were always incredibly loving, patient, and caring. Having now released him from his suffering was a difficult but also comforting step, and we are eternally grateful that you accompanied him through it with such dignity and gentleness. Today our Loui had another dental cleaning by the best vet I know 🐶 He treats the animals with so much love and empathy ☺️ He explains everything perfectly and is incredibly knowledgeable ☺️ There's simply no one better ❤️ We just want to say THANK YOU, Malte, and of course Loui too 🐶
