One of the best veterinarians far and wide. He takes his time with both animals and people, advises and explains everything calmly. And unfortunately, I've experienced this myself... We had to go to the emergency room elsewhere, and our dog was already written off. Once we went to Severins, a veterinarian, and he was back to normal relatively quickly.
