I am writing this review with immense gratitude to this clinic and especially to our veterinarian, Moritz Heinrich, and the entire team. I contacted the clinic with my dog, Shelly, when we were in a completely hopeless situation. We live in Oberhausen, and after my dog ​​was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis, we visited seven clinics in our area. I wanted a second opinion, but as soon as the vets saw the findings and examination results from the previous clinics, they all unanimously agreed that the diagnosis was correct. At other clinics, they performed another ultrasound and repeatedly said the same thing: "An abscess on the pancreas; she will most likely die." At the same time, they weren't even able to initiate serious antibiotic therapy, but instead suggested surgery—with the caveat that the chances of survival were very slim. Shelly received countless injections and IV fluids, which ultimately led to the development of multiple abscesses all over her body. In other clinics, they performed another ultrasound and repeatedly said the same thing: "An abscess on the pancreas; she will most likely die." This clinic and this doctor were recommended to me by a veterinarian from Austria, who in turn had been highly recommended by other specialists. It was my last hope – and I am incredibly grateful that we ended up there. Shelly arrived in critical condition, and we were admitted immediately. Treatment began that same day. It was long, but above all, effective. They saved my dog ​​from death. I felt genuine care and compassion for Shelly from every doctor and every member of staff. Their sole focus was never on making money, but solely on saving her life – and they succeeded. Today, Shelly is doing much better; she has regained her zest for life and is back in the swing of things. I continue to recommend this clinic and would entrust my beloved dog only to them. We are deeply grateful to all the staff and doctors who cared for Shelly with such dedication.

The vet's expertise and facilities are 5 stars, but the prices they charge are completely unreasonable. A 20-minute consultation for a dental surgery cost over €110. My concerns about anesthesia due to my dog's age were ignored, with the explanation that "everything is medically possible these days, and there's always a risk." In my opinion, this is neither well-founded nor empathetic. The initial consultation was with one veterinarian, but the surgery was to be performed by another. At that price, I would have expected the consultation to be directly with the potential surgeon. My 19-year-old dog was supposed to be brought to the practice in the morning for the surgery and then wait there until the operation. They claimed that a different procedure wasn't possible due to the size of the practice. My concerns that waiting in an unfamiliar environment without a familiar person would be extremely stressful for my dog ​​were completely disregarded. In my view, at these prices, they should offer corresponding customer service. Without comprehensive health insurance, the visit is simply unaffordable. There's not much left of the quality that used to be in practice in Horrem.

Absolutely recommended! 👌🏻 Many thanks to the team at the Neuland Veterinary Center! 🍀 Luna was there last Wednesday as an emergency patient (she had a fever and discharge). An ultrasound was performed immediately, which revealed cysts and fluid in her uterus. About 30 minutes later, my dog ​​was able to have surgery. 🙏🏻 All the vets and assistants were very friendly and empathetic. The next day, at the follow-up appointment for the stitches, I was amazed at how well it already looked. 👌🏻 The team there did a truly fantastic job. Even though I hope my dog ​​won't need a vet again anytime soon, I would recommend this center without hesitation. 👍🏻👍🏻

Best clinic ever. The whole team is very friendly and you feel very well cared for. Our 15-year-old dog was treated there. I'm so glad we chose this clinic. There's nothing that could be improved. Thank you so much 🙏 our dog is completely healthy again.
