Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. We lost two of our animals within a short period of time. And what was particularly difficult for me was the lack of empathy shown to us after the losses. There was neither compassion nor any kind words; instead, we felt dismissed and abandoned. Especially in such moments, I expect at least some human compassion from a veterinary practice. This experience was very disappointing for me and absolutely unsuitable for grieving pet owners.

We went to the veterinary practice this week to get Maxi her second rabies vaccination. Unfortunately, Ms. Schüddemage wasn't there; instead, Ms. Urlbauer was. This doctor is not recommended. We didn't notice her injecting Maxi on the side of her lower abdomen, causing her significant pain and resulting in a swollen underside. We will absolutely never go to this practice again.
