Wonderful personnel who really cares for the animals. Their loving way of handling our four-legged friends don't just put the animals at ease, but also their owners. Plenty of parking and reasonably fees round this great practice off - definitely a keeper if you have a pet! ;-)
First of all, the veterinarians themselves are very good, empathetic, and take plenty of time for their patients. We've been regular customers at the practice for almost 20 years, but the way we were treated today was simply unacceptable. We called today, Saturday, because our dog could only walk on three legs. We asked for an appointment but were immediately brushed off on the phone, told there were no appointments available today and that we could come on Monday. As I said, it was an emergency and nothing that could wait. This is an unacceptable procedure; you don't treat loyal customers like that. We've now found a new veterinarian and would rather drive a bit further than be treated like this again. It's a real shame. The staff here urgently needs improvement.
