We took our cat Lilly to see Dr. Pröpper for the first time today and were thrilled. We received a very warm welcome and didn't have to wait long at all. Dr. Pröpper listened attentively to our concerns and thoroughly investigated and examined Lilly. Her assistant lovingly cared for her and calmed her down beautifully. We also found the diagnosis and treatment plan excellent and helpful. The animal's well-being was clearly the priority, not the practice's profit. The atmosphere in the practice was also very pleasant. While I hope we won't need to come back anytime soon, we would certainly return without hesitation if necessary. Our first impression was fantastic.

Excellent veterinary practice. Very friendly staff. Dr. Pröpper, in particular, is a fantastic veterinarian. We've been going to this practice for 10 years. She has always been there for us and provided excellent support during Drago's final journey. Now we also have our Donna, and Dr. Pröpper always does her best to ensure Donna's well-being. I highly recommend this practice.
